In our online bookstore, we deliver goods in Slovenia. Delivery is charged according to their price list, namely according to the following table:
Order up to €35 — Postage €4.48 via Pošta Slovenije
Order over €35 — Postage: free
For each cash on delivery order, Pošta Slovenije charges an additional €1.14 for the transfer of funds.
Due to the nature of doing business over the Internet, prices on the website change frequently and quickly. Published prices are subject to change without notice.
Prices are presented as regular and online. Regular prices are those set by the publisher. The online price is the price that applies to purchases in an online bookstore with 100% cash payment or payment from the pro forma invoice by transfer to a bank account. Online prices depend on the status of the online buyer in the bookstore. The list of general discounts is published below. However, some buyers occasionally have additional discounts on certain books. The price with the additional discount is displayed to the user when logging into the system. Otherwise, the normal online price applies to the first purchase displayed. All prices include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Despite the effort to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case, if the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase, and at the same time, the provider will offer the buyer a solution that will be to the mutual satisfaction.
The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment the provider confirms the order (the buyer receives an email with the status Order confirmed). From this moment on, all prices and other conditions apply to both the provider and the buyer.
In accordance with the Uniform Book Price Act (ZECK), which has been in effect since August 26, 2014, the price remains unchanged and uniform at all points of sale for six (6) months after publication.
The buyer has the right to notify the e-mail address narocila@desk.si within 15 days of receiving the goods that he withdraws from the contract and does not have to state the reason for his decision.
The cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods; the goods must be returned to the seller no later than 30 days from the order (purchase) placed. The goods must be returned undamaged and in the same quantity. The refund of payments will be made as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after receiving the message about the withdrawal from the contract.
IMPORTANT
When returning the item to the seller (Desk doo), you must enclose a complaint report, which you can compile yourself.

Prepare the goods appropriately for transport (you can use the original or other suitable safe packaging). We recommend that you return the goods via a delivery service that allows you to track your shipment.
Shipping costs are always covered by the sender, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
We do not accept ransom-laden shipments.
When purchasing online, it is not possible to physically view the items before purchasing, which is why we provide (within the framework of legal provisions) the option of returning goods – withdrawing from the contract. Because we want you to be able to do this as quickly and without complications as possible, we have prepared a short list showing what to pay attention to when withdrawing from the contract without complications:
• Carefully open the packaging and keep it in its original condition until you are sure that the item is suitable,
• Careless removal of protective films and materials may cause damage to the product,
• Visible traces of use of the goods (dust, scratches, stains, dirt) are not eligible for return.
The option to withdraw from the contract is intended to allow you to open and inspect the item. If it does not suit you or your expectations were wrong, withdraw from the purchase. These recommendations do not apply if the item is defective or does not work as purchased. In this case, you must make a complaint about the purchase.
If, upon receiving the shipment, you notice that the item or package is damaged, that its contents are missing or you notice signs of being opened, you must initiate a complaint with the courier service procedure. To do this, take the package to the nearest post office in the same condition as you received it, without adding or removing anything. The postal employee will fill out a Report on the damaged shipment. Together with the courier service, we will ensure that the complaint is resolved as soon as possible.
We will refund the actual funds paid to the buyer’s personal account. If a gift voucher was presented with the purchase, it will be refunded to the buyer’s account in the online bookstore.
